Day 1

Today's eating was not spectacular.  It was my birthday and the day I decided to be done with this.  So I started where I was.  I had sugar danishes for breakfast and a pizza buffet for lunch.  Dinner...birthday cake.  Sigh.  But I ended on a good note.  I did all my sit ups (as best I could), all my crunches, all my squats.  I did all my push ups, all my planks, and all my chair dips.  I even did my Zumba for the night.  :)  WOOT WOOT!  Now, showering, making some sleepy time tea, and heading to bed.  Day one is under my belt.
